Singapore’s Security Sector Transformed: Concorde and Ryde Announce Major Driver Initiative

Concorde International Group Ltd. and Ryde Group Ltd. have joined forces to expand job opportunities in Singapore’s facilities management and security services. Through this partnership, thousands of flexible, short-term security roles will become available to Ryde’s driver-partners. They will gain access to assignments in office, retail, hospitality, industrial, and healthcare settings. Drivers can supplement their existing transport and delivery work with these new opportunities. This expansion increases their earning potential and supports workforce resilience.

Concorde will provide targeted training and certification to equip driver-partners for security and facilities tasks. After training, an integrated technological solution will assign security jobs to qualified drivers. This system ensures efficient matching of security needs with available personnel and optimizes response times. The program is set to launch in October 2025. It aims to diversify income streams for Ryde driver-partners while strengthening Singapore’s gig economy.
